The Engagement Party.

early December, Cheryll threw an engagement party to celebrate well, her engagement. this woman is crazy awesome. she planned and made all the party favours and cards and labels all herself.

the day before i had to sort out the projector she wanted to borrow and oh god, it was one of the hardest things i had to do. being the absolute noob that i am, i couldn't for the life of me figure out to keep it. youtube helped a little but the tutorials they had were for different kinds of projector screen. i texted my brother and all he replied was "unhook the top part and be careful, it'll snap back".

after i unhooked it, it was like ok, now what.

i resorted to taking pictures and sending them to cheryll to help figure it out. i was soo afraid of breaking it. but it's so simple, just had to loosen the blue knob to shorten the thing. soo, yeay cheryll for pointing that out.

i took the thing for a trial drive in my car.
thank god my mom took that drive with me cause when i break, the whole thing slammed to the front. had to swap to the Rav4 instead.

i followed cheryll the night before and early next morning to help her out. but there was nothing much to be done already.

with part of the deco.

and this was when it was completed.

and this what you see at your sitting table.
amazing right?

this is the dessert table. i can't remember which cake was super duper noms. but it was mostly noms.

the next few pictures are from mel, jean and joleen. the super duper sharp ones are from cheryll's brother.

i was in charge of polaroid pictures that day. doesn't i shouldn't be in them too :)

here's the HD version.
this is probably the first time our clothes actually match. most of the times, we just look like we came from a different party.

i think this was when mel and jean was laughing at my note. i wrote "i hope you have cute babies like me" but apparently, my babies looked like boobies. so they were very amused.

group picture with all the PwC bacthmates + the extras.

while me and mel were helping cheryll collect all the pearls off the table, we decided to put them around our neck instead. let me tell you, those pearls are really really heavy.

after seeing how osom we look with all the pearls, the other girls wanted to join in too.
so me and mel shared our pearls :)

beautiful decorations, great company and pretty osom food, i would say the party was an amazing success. good job cheryll!! for more pictures, you can visit her blog
